Let me tell you a little bit about me..

Hi, I'm Peter Phelps. I'm an integrative psychotherapist and counsellor, and I help people with a wide range of emotional, psychological and relationship issues.
In 2001, after 15 years as a Policeman in London's East end, I decided on a change of career and retrained as a counsellor and psychotherapist. I started my first therapy practice in East Ham and went on to gain a First class Honours Degree in Psychology and an Advanced Diploma in Integrative psychotherapy.
Over the last 20 or so years have expanded my practice to cover three locations in Central London, South Woodford and Romford, and helped thousands of clients.
When Covid hit us, therapists were unable to see clients face to face, so I created online-counselling.uk to provide face to face sessions via WhatsApp, Skype or Zoom, or if you prefer, just over the phone. I am also seeing clients in person again at all of the above locations,
